BIM Team Readiness Assessment

BIM Execution Plan Development
The BIM Execution Plan (BEP) documents the standards and protocols for how the team (GC, AEC Firms and others) will work together in the design and construction of buildings. The BEP will define the level of detail (LOD) to be modeled, file exchange processes, naming standards, the roles the different parties play in the modeling process and more. BIM Validation
Often it makes good sense to have an outside party validate any and all BIMs that have been developed at key points throughout the project.
