The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program provides us with an opportunity to understand what you think about all aspects of working with us.
If you have recently activated an Autodesk product, or if your Subscription renewal is due, then you may be invited to complete an online survey. Please add autodesk_partners@ecem1.com to your “known senders” list so you do not miss the opportunity.

The targets we are required to achieve are very demanding and scores under 9 out of 10 are discounted as average so please can we ask that if you are happy with the level of service you receive that you score us 9 or higher. It is true that sometimes we will not be getting it right. If the level of service you are receiving is not satisfactory then please contact our Vice President of Sales, Mark Wagasky, to discuss how this can be resolved.
