With the purchase of each 25+ pack of Autodesk BIM 360 Coordinate (formerly BIM 360 Glue) you get Navisworks Manage and Point Layout entitlements for up to five users. The purchase is pretty straightforward, but access to the entitlements after that is not as intuitive as one would expect.
The entitlements of Autodesk Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Point Layout with each 25+ pack purchase of BIM 360 Coordinate is not general use software, so they are not available for user assignment in the Autodesk Account.
The Navisworks Manage and Point Layout entitlements may be used by anyone the purchasing company has provided administrator permissions to for the BIM 360 Glue Project. (Although BIM 360 Glue was renamed BIM 360 Coordinate, Glue remains a component of Coordinate.)

To grant access to a user to either Navisworks Manage or Point Layout, the employee will need to be a Host or Project Administrator on the BIM 360 Glue project.

Once the user has Account Administration for the Glue Project, they can download Navisworks Manage and/or Point Layout from within the BIM 360 Glue project.
That can be accomplished using the process described on the Autodesk Knowledge Network, “To Download Navisworks Manage or Point Layout for BIM 360.”
The number of single user licenses of Navisworks Manage and Point Layout software will be determined according to the number of packs purchased and the number of users and can be granted as follows:
