“Customization file load failed” when launching AutoCAD
When launching AutoCAD (or any AutoCAD based product) you receive a message similar to this:
Autodesk has several recommendation on how to resolve this issue here: “Customization file load failed. File not found”
As stated, there are several recommendations but the one I recommend to first try is resetting AutoCAD to default settings. Prior to doing this you may want to backup your profile and workspace if you have customized your software layout.
