Rhino.Inside.Revit is a new open-source add-in to Revit made by McNeel Associates, creator of Rhino3D. Rhino3D is an extremely powerful and easy to use free form surface modeling program similar in function to Sketchup. Rhino inside means that Rhino3D is installed as an add-in to Revit; hence Rhino.Inside.Revit.

Rhino.Inside is a new technology that allows embedding Rhino into other 64-bit Windows applications. Rhino.Inside.Revit is based on this technology and provides a platform for an unprecedented level of integration between Rhino and Revit.
The Workflow
Grasshopper3D is fully and completely operational within Rhino.Inside.Revit.
Grasshopper3D is a key part of the interoperability between Rhino3D and Revit, and allows the exchange of multiple categories and elements between these two programs.
This allows users to drive significant additional functionality in the modeling and design process in Revit. Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit all work in concert to enable a completely new and game changing way of working in Revit and Rhino3D.
