The latest versions of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Autodesk Revit has just been released (this is the 2019.1 release). In the releases, there is a new set of tools that allow for the sharing of a Civil 3D surface with a Revit topo. Basically the process is as follows:
- Install the Autodesk Desktop Connector
- Make sure you have access to a BIM 360 project
- Publish the surface from Civil 3D to the BIM 360 project
- Link the surface in the BIM 360 project to the topo in Revit
