Service Helps in Software Transition

from Numbers to Names

October 19, 2021 – Atlanta, GA: Applied Software, a leading systems integrator for the architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing industries, has announced it is offering a service to assist Autodesk software customers in their transition from serial numbers to names, also known in the industry as “transition to named user” (TNU).

Applied Software is also offering an exclusive webinar on October 28, 2021 that will explain the process Autodesk is taking to retire plans based on serial numbers and assign each subscription to a named user. In addition to multi-user license usage decisions, the transition has workflow and data interpretation implications.

“Whether a customer chooses to navigate the transition with their inhouse staff or sign up for the Applied Software TNU service, it is our goal to make sure our customers can confidently and efficiently get through the process,” said Kevin Howk, Vice-president of Applied Software Services. “Ensuring a smooth transition with optimal results for the customer is our objective.”

Companies interested in the TNU Service can contact Applied Software at www.asti.com for details.
