Worksharing Display: Show off your Colors! Part 1 of 2

December 26, 2017 | Architecture and Engineering, All

Hello and Welcome to Part 1 of 2 on how to Show off the colors of different objects within Worskets of a central project.

Today I had a question from a customer wanting to know how to show the Worksets in their central project in different colors. In order to do this we will need to use the “Worksharing Display” in Revit.

In this video I will show you the first steps in creating a Central file in Revit 2018, then how to create Worksets and place objects on each of those Worksets.

Afterwards I will demonstrate how to turn on Worksharing Display to view each of the items on these Worksets. I will also show you what to do when you have an item on the wrong Workset.

Enjoy, and look for part 2 of 2 of this video
